Cliff Wagner & the Old No. 7 (12:30PM - 1:30PM)

Cliff Wagner & the Old No. 7
Cliff Wagner & The Old #7 are a band like nothing you have never heard. Mixing Bluegrass, Blues and Honky Tonk in a way that has audiences on their feet. Cliff and the other members of The Old #7 are taking American Roots Music to the next level, and the fans are following. Cliff is originally from Greenwood,MS.

Garrison Starr (1:30PM - 2:30PM)
http://www.garrisonstarr.com
Garrison Starr
Garrison Starr invites listeners into her visceral world by constructing an intimate portrait of contemporary life as experienced by a soul longing for meaning and connection and as a person dealing with love in many forms - physical and spiritual, lost and gained. A fearless performer, her audience always leaves reluctantly after getting a taste of her humor and humility. As a solo artist, she has recorded seven full-length albums, as well as two EPs and one live album, with a new album in the works. A native of Hernando, Mississippi, Garrison’s southern background subtly peeks through her songs as she blends a pop/rock/alternative sound with her country vocal curl. First time listeners fall hard for her voice.

Rusty De La Croix(2:30PM - 3:30PM)
http://www.rustydelacroix.com
Rusty De La Croix
Rusty de la croix has no time to waste on blues. It’s gotta be low, it’s gotta be down, and it’s gotta be dirty. Nothing less will do. Rusty has travelled the world living by this philosophy. Our man Bernard St. James was fully formed on the bayous of Mississippi and Louisiana. Says he once threw dice with Skip James. Lafayette plays the skins in this tight conglomerate. Gonna get down.

However, there is a lot of parking on both sides of Stadium Way and along Scott Ave. There will be volunteers at the Picnic entrance on Stadium Way to direct you when you walk up to the main entrance. There will be shuttles for those that need assistance. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Stadium Way entrance…so travel light. There is no way to get lost because there is one path in and one path out.
When you arrive at the picnic you will either go to WILL CALL (if you got your ticket online) or to THE TICKET LINE (if you need a ticket). There will be signs and volunteers to direct you. Once you have your ticket you will be given a wristband to wear for the day. One color if you are over 21 (with proper I.D.) and plan to have a beer and a different color if you are under 21 or do not plan to have any beer. If you had your tickets mailed to you then there will be a volunteer there ready to supply you with your appropriate wristband.

Show your wristband at any of the food and beverage booths and you will be served. You must have this band on to remain on the picnic grounds and to get a plate of food or any beverage. Keep your ticket stub because there will be some great raffles according to your ticket number. Picnic T-shirts will be available on site for $10. As long as you have your wristband on you can come and go all day.

There will be picnic hospitality volunteers floating around to help and answer any questions.
There will be various booths and vendors representing a variety of interests from Mississippi some special activities early in the day that will be listed in the schedule and an entertaining musical line up that will begin around 2:00 P.M.

Find a spot for your blanket, settle in at a table or stay mobile and float around. Relax and enjoy yourself.
